Pinnacle Benefit Resources takes the lead role during the marketing period for selection of employee benefits for our clients. Working with the employer’s key human resources and financial representatives, Pinnacle will first of all determine what plan design changes may be desired or required from the client, and will offer alternative solutions to fit those needs. We strive to listen to our clients to make sure that we can bring the best menu of employee benefits available to meet the client’s needs. After understanding the needs, Pinnacle will gather the necessary data from the employer to prepare all bid specs. We will identify appropriate solutions available from the various carriers in the market place and will analyze all contract proposals. We will make recommendations to the client based on our experience and the needs of the client, and will assist the client with the negotiation of favorable employee benefits contracts.

With employee benefits plans in place throughout the southeast, Pinnacle can compare a client’s current or proposed benefit plans to local, state, and national employers with similar needs. We have developed relationships within the National Health Underwriters Association as well as with lobbyists in Washington, DC, that help keep the staff at Pinnacle knowledgeable of national issues. We are also constantly developing and discovering innovative products and processes in the employee benefits arena and have taken a special interest in new ideas within the health care field.
