Enrollment, Education and Communication

Pinnacle Benefit Resources will assist in the design of all written and oral communication pieces to guarantee employees receive the best possible understanding of their benefit plans. From open enrollment to on-going service of newly-hired employees, Pinnacle will participate to the extent that is desired by the client. We will conduct benefit fairs to provide information to employees regarding all benefits that are available to them. We will also work with the various health and wellness entities with whom we have relationships to organize health and benefit fairs. These are designed to help employees understand the resources that are available to them to improve their health and overall wellness.

Other communications material from Pinnacle Benefit Resources can include employee newsletters, payroll stuffers, face-to-face meetings, PowerPoint presentations, and employee flyers. These communication efforts help employees understand their benefits package and also keep them informed on any changes that may be taking place.
