Account Representation and Support

Our organizational structure, philosophy, and management style are centered on a distinct focus of detailed and professional service to the client. Responsibilities of the staff within Pinnacle Benefit Resources, Inc. are divided by product and customer-based categories. These categories include small group sales, large group sales, fully insured programs, self insured programs, human resources, payroll, and COBRA administration, among others.

Pinnacle Benefit Resources, Inc. strives to handle the majority of client’s questions on the initial phone call but guarantees response to outstanding issues by the end of the next business day. When resolution of the issues cannot be settled by the end of the next business day, representatives from Pinnacle will communicate with clients regularly on the status of the issue and the expected time frame to bring closure to the issue. Documentation of any issues will be logged into our client management system to ensure timely resolution. Pinnacle always prefers direct verbal communication with our clients on matters that are problematic. We do find however that written follow up regarding issues is usually appropriate. Our office technology allows representatives of Pinnacle access to phone service, voice mail, and email 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
