Pinnacle Benefit Resources WILL:
- Assign a dedicated team of account service representatives
- Work with key personnel to understand sponsored benefits, past and present, and any new benefits that need to be considered
- Educate employees to become good stewards of their benefit programs by implementing consumerism, where appropriate, and other well designed benefit plans
- Coordinate the entire renewal process and be responsible for negotiating and making recommendations concerning rates, plan designs and vendor selections
- Monitor ongoing contracts and processes as they relate to the plan administration, employee eligibility and education
- Guarantee a timely response to any outstanding issues
- Assist employers and their employees with Medicare and Social Security questions as they near retirement
- Provide integrated services such as payroll, HIPAA and COBRA Administration as needed or desired
- Be capable of bridging all employee benefit plans into one seamless package
- Stay abreast of changes in governmental programs and requirements as they relate to employee benefits (Medicare Part D, etc.)
