Pinnacle Benefit Resources, Inc. is a full-service Employee Benefits agency located in Sanford, North Carolina. Pinnacle is an independent North Carolina licensed broker and is not affiliated with any specific insurance company. Founded in 1990 as Pinnacle Health Insurance Services, Inc., the company has been in a dynamic growth mode since its inception, and in 2004, merged with another North Carolina brokerage firm, The Kiser Group, Inc., to form Pinnacle Benefit Resources, Inc. The synergies created by the combined companies allow Pinnacle to serve our clients’ employee benefits needs with attention to detail that is unequaled in our industry.

Pinnacle Benefit Resources, Inc. currently serves over 1700 clients throughout the United States. While most of our client base is in North Carolina, we also serve clients in South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, and Texas, among other states. We serve the employee benefits needs of both private and public sector companies, municipalities, as well as city and county governments. We currently serve several clients that have more than 1000 employees, while we also take pride in the service we provide to employers that have only a few associates.
